This is a fantastic example of contemporary residential architecture design that our North Shore architect team worked hard to create.
Perfectly situated this is a resort style clifftop home opening both east and west with an indoor-outdoor infinity pool and expansive views over the Hauraki Gulf. Two levels of the cliff were excavated to conceive this contemporary four-level building designed so as to maximise its outstanding eastern sea vistas while also opening to a private west courtyard.
